The entire experience at The Venue was amazing! From walking through the door I was greeted by the receptionist with a hello, smile and offer of a drink. What can I say about Greg, that man is a hair magician! He exceeded my expectations, he didn’t just cut my hair, he asked me questions about my life style and what I was hoping to achieve! For the first time I felt seen and heard, I have definitely found my new hair home!

The salon was a surprise. Very nice established place. Every person was pleasant. Got a great haircut and color which was long overdue. Clean, pleasant and skilled, what more can you ask for?

I absolutely loved Kayla! She actively listened and didn't push any unnecessary products or services. I hadn't had my hair cut in over a year, and the first time I had my hair cut in Lakeland was at Ulta...they messed it up so bad and I had very little faith anyone else would be able to cut my hair the way I wanted. Then I booked with Kayla and I am happy to say I have found my forever hairstylist. Thank you again Kayla for making my hair the most manageable it has been in almost 5yrs!!

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut by Greg! He truly listens to what you want and works his magic to make it even better. The attention to detail, precision, and professionalism were top-notch. My hair has never looked this good—so fresh, stylish, and exactly what I envisioned! On top of that, Greg is super friendly and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. I’ve definitely found my go-to stylist and can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend Greg for anyone looking for a flawless cut!
