Leader, Brow Whisperer, Skin Specialist
Patricia was born and raised in Hawaii. Her own skin issues drove her to seek an education in esthetics. Patricia moved to the main land and created a successful career in Los Angeles, California in 2007 in the beauty industry. As a licensed esthetician, specializing in facials, makeup, and brow shaping services, she was a highly sought after skin specialist.
With celebrity clientele, she has enjoyed working with prestigious brands and people. Patricia was honored to participate in Hollywood award ceremonies and editorial photo shoots. Before deciding to follow her dream and open her own SalonSpa. Patricia held the position of Director of Skincare for Burke Williams Spas–the original urban luxury day spas in California. Bringing some of that glamour and prestige to Lakeland, Venue Salon strives to elevate your salon experience and bring it to a level you won’t find anywhere else in Polk County. “Our hope is to be a place of renewal. We want to transport you from everyday stress, to a place of wellness and beauty.”
Moving to Lakeland in 2017 was the best decision we could have made “We enjoy being closer to our family and enjoying the charm and peacefulness Lakeland has to offer. I love how supportive Lakeland is to small businesses and women leaders.”
Most recently, Patricia has opened Venue SalonSpa an Aveda Salon, Lakeland’s only Aveda SalonSpa specializing in organic hair and skincare.
Patricia enjoys mentoring her team. She believes that education never ends and talented at cultivating beauty professionals–lovingly referred to as #venuetribe. “One of my mentors once told me to believe the world is rooting for you to win. You have to believe that. If they aren’t rooting for you, they are not your tribe. You don’t need them for your journey.”
When not at work, Patricia enjoys riding her bike or walking around Lake Hollingsworth with her Mom, Karen and her White German Shepherd, Floki. Patricia’s also loves visiting the Polk Museum of Art with her son, Sid.
